Standard models usually ship within 15–30 days depending on model and quantity. OEM/ODM projects with custom housings or firmware need a little longer. We confirm the exact schedule with your quotation.
Fixtures carry a 1-year warranty, and our team provides remote technical support by WhatsApp or email — DMX mapping advice, fixture programming help and repair guidance by video call.
