Cookie Policy

We use only what is necessary to operate the website and protect the admin session. The inquiry list is stored in your browser's localStorage. Optional analytics consent allows a random visitor UUID to be stored in localStorage for conversion-event association. Without consent, only anonymous totals grouped by date and event type may be recorded; no event detail or visitor identifier is retained. An anonymous delivery receipt is retained for up to six months to prevent duplicate counting; it contains no page, country, model or visitor details.

We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. The factory location map on the Contact page is a Google Maps embed and is requested only after you accept analytics cookies; if you decline, a static placeholder with an "Open Cookie Settings" button is shown instead. Product demonstration videos are either self-hosted MP4 files, which are not requested until you press play, or YouTube videos behind a click-to-play facade that uses the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player; neither is requested on page view.

What we store

• Essential storage (always on): a secure session cookie for the admin area, and your inquiry list (products and quantities) in localStorage so it survives a page refresh. The inquiry list is kept for up to 30 days, is cleared once you submit an inquiry, and can be cleared at any time by using "Clear list" in the inquiry drawer.
• Analytics storage (off by default): with your consent, a random visitor UUID in localStorage to associate conversion events on this browser.
• Marketing cookies: reserved for a later phase — not used on this website today.

Managing your choice

Use Cookie Settings at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect data already processed on a lawful basis. Questions? Contact GOGFITS@gmail.com.

Consent record

When you make a choice in the cookie bar we store your selection (essential, analytics, marketing) together with the time you made it, in localStorage under the key gogfits_cookie_v1. This record is what lets us honour your choice on later visits, and we keep it until you change your choice or clear your browser storage.

How to control storage through your browser

You can also delete or block cookies and localStorage through your browser settings; the exact path differs by browser and is usually found under Settings → Privacy and security. Blocking essential storage will prevent the admin area from working, and clearing localStorage will empty your inquiry list.

Changes to this policy

When we add or change a category of storage we will update this page and the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be reflected in the cookie bar the next time you visit.
