GOGFITS (广州GOGFITS灯光设备有限公司 (Guangzhou GOGFITS Stage Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd.), registered at Building 2, No.266 Tiannan Road, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China, "we", "us") operates https://gogfitslights.com. This policy explains how we process information when you browse our website, or when you send us an inquiry through our contact form or WhatsApp.

Data we receive

Through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, country, message and, if you added products to your inquiry list, the models and quantities you selected. Through WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us in the chat, including an optional email address. We also receive conversion events such as WhatsApp clicks, inquiry submissions, document downloads, searches and contact clicks. If analytics consent is declined or not selected, we retain only anonymous totals grouped by date and event type, with no event detail or visitor identifier. When analytics consent is given, an inquiry submission event may include the country you selected and the models in your inquiry list. The published contact form does not accept file attachments; if we add a private attachment workflow later, it will carry its own notice and access controls.

Visitor identifier

When analytics consent is given, we may create a random UUID stored in localStorage to associate conversion events on this browser. We do not use browser fingerprinting, advertising identifiers, cross-site tracking or raw IP addresses. Country-level information in an inquiry is the value you select in the form. We do not derive or retain a raw IP address; a short-lived salted digest may be held in process memory only for abuse-rate limiting and cannot be used as an event identifier.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to inquiries and providing requested materials (steps requested by you and legitimate interests).
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interests).
• Optional analytics (consent).

Service providers

Hostinger (hosting and MySQL), Cloudflare R2 (public media), Resend (inquiry email delivery), and YouTube (Google) when you choose to play an embedded product demonstration. Product demonstration videos use privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embeds and are requested only after you click Play; the page can be browsed without contacting YouTube. This first-phase public form does not collect inquiry attachments; any later private attachment workflow would require a separate notice and access controls.

Retention

Inquiry records and any related email notifications are retained for business and legal needs. Consent-based conversion event details are retained for operational analytics; anonymous daily totals may be retained longer. This build has no automated deletion job, so we have not set a final retention period; until the site operator sets one, records are kept only as long as they are needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these, contact GOGFITS@gmail.com; we aim to answer within one month. You can also ask us to delete your inquiry by quoting the reference number in our confirmation email. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time via Cookie Settings; withdrawal does not affect data already processed on a lawful basis. When we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
